Most people jump into the Internet with both feet first and their shoes off. Its cold out there.

What a marketing plan does mostly is protect your feet and keep you from stumbling in your boots. But the client will have to provide the warmth, properly support the campaign inside brick and mortar, as well as inside virtual.

A marketing plan can keep a client from jumping without protection, but it cannot keep the client from jumping on a spike.

Time estimates are firm. If it takes longer to accomplish the task already shown as a time amount in a bid, I will consume that time on my own dime. I do not charge more than the proposal. If I am wrong, that is my problem, not the client’s.

Yes I am a developer. But more importantly I am a consultant, offering services that far surpass simple site creation.

I am responsible for scores of custom applications in Perl and Php, custom plugins and templates for control of multiple WordPress installations, common content and dedicated apps… as well as installing 400+ WordPress sites, managing the server and consulting the owners.

I know how to help a client reach goals and stay focused in the process. I have also served in business, other than radio, as general manager of an advertising agency, Vice President of a textile manufacturing and imprinting company, President COO of an advertising display (point of purchase and exterior) company, and Chairman CEO of technology firms involving artificial intelligence and natural language search algorithms.

I understand the business of business and I use that experience to help the first time Internet site owner not make the mistakes new businesses make on line. On line business is just like off line business, except for one important thing: it is easier for a potential client to leave the shop than ever before and they won’t give you a second chance.
