Part of the process of building a website is the determination as to the correct platform, coding method and appearance.
LKH Logic Consulting offers this process in flat rates for most builds.
Sites determine to be best presented in the WordPress platform are offered in flat rates depending on the degree of original design the client desires. There are
many pre made, stock themes that can be used without modification simply by adding the client logo to the header. But for a completely original brand presentation
a custom WordPress theme is required.
WordPress is programmed in PHP and its own ‘codex’ of functions. A WordPress theme is not just what it looks like, it is also what it does and how it does it.
For other projects, those requiring a far more detailed backend process, PERL is suggested. PERL is Practical Extraction and Reporting Language and is the main stay of large and extensive enterprise website back engines. PERL projects are rarely offered in flat rates. Hourly rates bid are adhered to though.

The process to be employed for each client product brand is one of evolution of concept.
1: Decide the image to be portrayed.
What should the customer think when they think about the service, the company and/or the reputation.
During this research process the industry, the competition and the community are evaluated in order to select the combination that best marries all three.
Why is competition involved in marketing?
They are already involved. They must be overcome so we identify their weaknesses and strengths and we incorporate alternatives without referencing who they are.
This process entails research time and calculation.
2: Develop the means to portray the image.
Artistic logo, name without artistic logo, or a combination. Building colors, stationary, business cards, standard video imaging parts. Image music bed and potential audio market image sounder.
Based upon the decisions in step 1 the actual visual and aural representations are created. This creativity time is paramount to the execution stage as what displays is what will be judged. That includes building colors and decoration and collateral ma-terials.
This entails creation of the logo and other brand presentation parts.
3: Develop the method to display the image.
Mechanics of marketing. Presentation of first light. = Brochure (Web presence, printed material, print ads, TV conceptual, Radio content. Online Ads. Collaterals.
This is the execution of the presentation of the brand, depicted in the visual and aural elements created in the previous step.
This entails creation of the Internet platform, matching image and brand in social network presence and creation of marketing elements for use later.
A separate entry is made in the proposal to provide content. The cost associated with this step in creation of an Internet Property is artistic and code intensive and does not include content.
Content may be selected to be included, or ignored as not included and the responsibility thereof would become that of the client.
4: Develop the enticement of interest.
How does the message reach the target? = Advertising means
Even though this step does require a start is actually does not stop.
Managing a marketing process is a management nightmare at times.
The time afforded for this process includes the creation and set up, and the subse-quent execution of tweaking for the entire campaign.
5: Marketing plan
Structured selection of target mediums and presentations.
This process is the determination as well as the execution of medium management.
This is also the overall written marketing plan showing what the intent is, what the method to attain it is, and what the results are expected to be.
6: Execute the plan
Placement , serving, presentation, coffee drinking (a lot).
This represents the execution of all that planning and building and writing (if opted for).
This includes another research report and findings based on industry and Internet presence that results in a work sheet for writers to use in creating content for the site, a list of keyword phrases and specific keywords required to be included in all con-tent written for the site, as well as a collection of sources to write from.
7: Monitor and tweak the plan.
Watch it happen and tweak it for best performance.
Based on a typical 16 week marketing campaign, the amount of time necessary on a weekly basis to evaluate analytics and create tweaks to steer the campaign results is a 2 hour block per week.

Most people jump into the Internet with both feet first and their shoes off. Its cold out there.
What a marketing plan does mostly is protect your feet and keep you from stumbling in your boots. But the client will have to provide the warmth, properly support the campaign inside brick and mortar, as well as inside virtual.
A marketing plan can keep a client from jumping without protection, but it cannot keep the client from jumping on a spike.
Time estimates are firm. If it takes longer to accomplish the task already shown as a time amount in a bid, I will consume that time on my own dime. I do not charge more than the proposal. If I am wrong, that is my problem, not the client’s.
